CPCP028 Non-Reimbursable Experimental, Investigational and/or Unproven Services Revised

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas has revised the Clinical Payment and Coding Policies below that are currently effective 08/15/2021 and the policy that will be effective April 15, 2022 to remove a code effective 01/31/2022. This update has been posted to the provider website for the following:
